SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only.

SHIPPING COST
Free shipping on all orders. No minimum.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

DELIVERY TIME
Your CloudCoat comb ships from our overseas fulfillment center. Typical
delivery is 10–20 business days from the date of purchase, including
processing.

We want to be upfront about this: we're not a next-day-delivery brand. Shipping
direct from our fulfillment partner is how we keep a professional-grade
dematting tool at this price instead of marking it up to cover warehousing in
the US. If you need it this week, we're not the right choice — and we'd rather
tell you now than after you've ordered.

TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves the warehouse.
Please allow 3–5 business days after shipping for tracking to begin updating.

IMPORT CHARGES
The price you pay at checkout is the price you pay. If any additional import
charge is ever assessed on your delivery, contact us and we'll cover it.

DELAYS
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier and customs delays are outside
our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us at
support@cloudcoat.cc for a full refund or free replacement.
